Welcome to Astrology Geeks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you," "user," or "member") and Astrology Geeks ("we," "our," or "us") governing your use of our website, calculators, reports, tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We do not permit use of our Services by anyone under 18 without parental or guardian consent where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, in any jurisdiction where our Services may be prohibited.

2. Entertainment Purposes Only; No Professional Advice

Our Services are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Astrology content, birth chart interpretations, compatibility reports, horoscopes, forecasts, and all other materials on our website are not intended as, and must not be relied upon as, medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. We make no claims regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or applicability of any predictions, readings, or interpretations. You are solely responsible for evaluating any information obtained through our Services and for any decisions you make. Always seek qualified professionals for medical, legal, financial, or mental health matters.

Where we use automated tools, AI, or algorithms to generate content, such content is produced for general informational and entertainment use only. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent. You assume all risk in using and interpreting such content.

3. Privacy and Your Data

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal and astrological data (including birth date, time, and place). By using our Services, you consent to those practices. You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating reports or accounts.

4. Account and Security

Certain features may require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your account or from unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion.

You may submit an account deletion request from your account settings. Unless withdrawn before processing is completed, your account may be deleted within 7 to 14 days. This process does not erase payments, refunds, or other related records.

5. Fees, Payments, Digital Delivery, Refunds, and Cancellations

Some Services may be subject to fees, including purchases of personalized astrology reports, report-credit bundles, and recurring subscriptions such as AstrologyGeeks Plus. Prices are displayed before checkout and are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless the checkout page states another currency. You agree to pay all fees, charges, and applicable taxes shown at the time of purchase or subscription.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor we may use. We do not store your full credit card number or card security code on our servers. Payment processors may collect and process payment and transaction information according to their own terms and privacy policies, including Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Our paid reports and credits are digital services. There is no physical shipping. After successful payment, report credits are added to your account or the requested report is generated electronically and made available through your account, dashboard, email, or the success page shown after checkout. Delivery is usually immediate, but generation may be delayed by technical issues, payment review, or incomplete birth details.

For one-time purchases of personalized reports or report credits, purchases are final once a report has been generated or a credit has been used, except where a refund is required by law. If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, cannot access a purchased report because of a technical issue we cannot resolve, or purchased unused report credits by mistake, contact us within fourteen (14) days at [email protected]. We may provide a refund, replacement credit, or regenerated report depending on the issue. Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear. Subscription refunds and cancellations are governed by Section 6 below.

You may cancel a one-time purchase before completing payment by leaving the checkout flow. After payment, cancellation of one-time purchases is only available under the refund conditions above. Report credits have no cash value, may not be resold, and may be used only with our Services.

6. AstrologyGeeks Plus Subscription

AstrologyGeeks Plus is a recurring monthly subscription billed in advance at the price shown at checkout, in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Your subscription auto-renews each month at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. During each billing period, Plus includes: up to 250 AI Astrologer messages per day (the free tier is limited to 5 messages per day), a personalized daily horoscope, one automatically generated monthly report, and unlimited birth chart storage. Daily message allowances reset each day; unused messages do not roll over or accumulate.

You may cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal, which is available from your account settings or the pricing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain subscriber access until that date. We do not provide pro-rated or partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where a refund is required by law. After your subscription ends, monthly reports already generated for your account remain available. The personalized daily horoscope and the elevated AI Astrologer message limit revert to free-tier behavior. Failed or reversed payments may result in payment retries, and access to subscriber features may be suspended or the subscription terminated while payment is outstanding.

We may change subscription pricing or included features with prior notice. Changes apply from the next renewal; cancelling before that date avoids the new price or feature set.

Report credits are a separate one-time purchase and are not included with AstrologyGeeks Plus. Credits do not expire, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be used only with our Services.

7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You may use our Services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Scrape, crawl, data-mine, or use automated means to collect data from our Services without our written permission.
• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content, software, or design without our consent.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful or objectionable content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others or use the Services to send unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or other users' accounts.

We may remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts for violations of these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Services, including text, graphics, logos, software, designs, and the selection and arrangement of content, are owned by or licensed to Astrology Geeks and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from our content or technology without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Third-Party Content and Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or content. We do not endorse or control third-party sites or content and are not responsible for their accuracy, practices, or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any astrology content, readings, or reports. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrology Geeks and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from or related to your use of the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater. We are not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on content or readings obtained through our Services. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astrology Geeks and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or any content or data you submit through the Services.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our Services.

14. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and Astrology Geeks regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
